FDS is the UK trading office of PIM Tekstil, a semi-vertical garment manufacturing facility based in Istanbul, Turkey.
Overview:
Our factory, PIM Tekstil, is located in Istanbul, Turkey in the industrial district of Yenibosna, 10 minutes from the international airport Ataturk. We can offer the highest quality of garment production coupled with the greatest flexibility of product, all combined with short lead times. Product: We produce all type of product from T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Knitwear, Shirts, Jackets, Denims and Accessories. Across Men’s,Women’s and Children’s wear. Styles range from low cost promotional production through to couture high end fashion items. We are semi-vertical and offer fabric production, cutting, stitching, printing, QC and picking / packing in-house. Dying and washing is done externally. Capacity: 300,000pcs per month in-house. Employee’s: 245 in-house. Production Percentage Split: Men’s Wear: 45% / Women’s Wear: 45% / Children’s Wear: 10% Production Lead Times: Sampling: 1 - 2 weeks from receipt of sampling instruction. Knit Production: 4 weeks from approved sample (3 week for repeats). Woven Production: 6 weeks from approved sample (4 week for repeats). Shipping Lead Times: Truck: 7 day express or 10 day normal truck delivery to the UK. Air: Overnight delivery to the UK. Customs: Please allow an additional 2 / 3 days for customs clearance and internal delivery to a location of your choice. Production Terms: FOB, DDU, CIF, CAF, CMT. Payment Terms: L/C, CAD, NET.
